Purpose of the Role
Own day-to-day acquisition, onboarding, and activation of Introducing Brokers.
Take partners from first contact to their first funded referred client and maintain production afterward.
The role is measured on partners onboarded, partners activated, net deposits, and lots generated.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sign IBs through direct outreach, trading communities, messaging networks, social creators, and partner referrals.
- Run partner registration, KYC, due diligence, agreements, MT5 assignments, rebate setup, referral links, and portal walkthroughs.
- Explain rebate, sub-IB, payout, and anti-abuse rules and escalate justified custom-rate requests.
- Activate partners with launch plans, marketing materials, landing pages, and first-registration and deposit tracking.
- Manage partner performance, reactivate dormant IBs, upsell tiers, and identify candidates for custom agreements.
- Resolve commission, payout, attribution, and portal queries with Finance, Dealing, and CRM Technology.
- Maintain complete CRM pipeline records and flag suspected abuse, self-referrals, bonus arbitrage, and client poaching.
- Represent the company at industry expos and partner events in the UAE and target markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IB, partnerships, or affiliate experience at a retail forex or CFD brokerage.
- Candidates must be able to state the number of IBs they onboarded and the volume those IBs produced.
- Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, broker CRMs, partner portals, rebate models, and multi-level IB structures.
- An existing network of IBs, signal providers, or trading communities in South Asia, Africa, or MENA.
- Understanding of KYC, due diligence, and common IB abuse patterns.
- Fluent English is required; Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Swahili, or Hausa is advantageous.
- Comfort with high outreach volume and a target-driven environment.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
