Client demand is concentrated in South Asia, Africa, and MENA, with partner channels serving as the primary growth engine.
Purpose of the Role
Own day-to-day acquisition, onboarding, and activation of Introducing Brokers.
Take partners from first contact to their first funded referred client and support continued volume production.
Performance is measured by partners onboarded, partners activated, net deposits, and lots generated.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and sign new IBs through outreach, trading communities, messaging networks, social creators, and existing-partner referrals.
- Run end-to-end onboarding across CRM registration, KYC, agreements, MT5 setup, rebate assignment, referral links, and portal training.
- Explain rebate structures, sub-IB arrangements, payout terms, and anti-abuse rules.
- Create partner launch plans, provide marketing materials, track registrations and deposits, and address stalled activation.
- Manage partner performance, reactivate dormant IBs, support tier progression, and identify custom-agreement opportunities.
- Resolve commission, payout, attribution, and portal-access questions with internal teams.
- Maintain complete CRM pipeline data for prospects and active partners.
- Escalate suspected abuse, self-referral, bonus arbitrage, and client poaching.
- Attend industry expos and partner events in the UAE and target markets when required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IB, partnerships, or affiliate experience at a retail forex or CFD brokerage.
- Documented IB onboarding results, including the number of IBs onboarded and the volume generated.
- Working knowledge of MetaTrader 5, broker CRMs, partner portals, rebate models, and multi-level IB structures.
- An existing network in South Asia, Africa, or MENA among IBs, signal providers, or trading communities.
- Understanding of KYC, due diligence, and common IB abuse patterns.
- Fluent English is required; Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, Swahili, or Hausa is advantageous.
- Comfort with high outreach volume and a target-driven environment.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
