Key responsibilities
- Administer CyberArk PAM components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and Safes.
- Manage privileged accounts, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
- Implement IAM policies, RBAC, and least-privilege controls.
- Support joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and certifications.
- Troubleshoot IAM/PAM incidents and access requests.
- Assist with audits, compliance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and IT Operations teams.
Mandatory skills and availability
- 2.5–3+ years of IAM/PAM experience.
- Hands-on CyberArk and privileged account management experience.
- Knowledge of IAM governance, RBAC, and access reviews.
- Exposure to Active Directory/LDAP.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
- Available to work onsite in Dubai with a maximum one-month notice period.
Preferred skills
- Banking or financial-services experience.
- CyberArk certification or Privilege Cloud experience.
- Microsoft Entra ID, SSO/MFA, and SAML/OAuth/OIDC knowledge.
- Experience with ServiceNow and cloud IAM.
Work location
- Work onsite in Dubai.
