Your Role Summary
You will be responsible for IT Infra (System) administration and End User support including Data backup and Network security.
This position is also responsible for maintaining the Software systems and support to end-user for any software and process related issues.
It Infra Management And Support
- IT Hardware & software support to end user
- Sound knowledge for Windows Operating and O365
- Windows server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group policy)
- O365 Exchange Administration for Mails, One drive and Teams
- Tally configuration and support. Extensive ERP experience
- Hyper-V management & administration (Virtual Servers)
- Documentation (IT procedures & policies)
- CCTV system management and service support
- Detect and Prevent for any Malware infection, looping, Virus attacks in network.
- Perform daily Network, Server, and Backup status checks
- IT Asset management
It Software Project Co-Ordination
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of IT project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Application Testing for Bug, Performance, UI and UX.
- Actively working with Master data preparation
- Preparation of Training Manual and provide training to users.
- Provide Technical support to end customer for any software related issues.
- Develop reports / MIS as per business requirement
- C# (Additional)
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer / IT or equivalent
- Minimum 5-Yrs experience in IT Infra Management and/or Application Support.
Skills And Others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an attention to detail and ability to impart ideas in both technically and user-friendly language
- Demonstrated leadership skills, and ability to work with business and IT teams to coordinate and manage IT process across the organization.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
