- Primary Responsibilities – Lead store operations and achieve commercial targets

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment that aligns with company standards and local regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to meet and exceed individual and store goals.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop store staff, providing ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and coaching to build a motivated, customer-focused team.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain product availability and visual standards; coordinate with logistics and purchasing as needed.
- Ensure accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and compliance with company financial procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving escalated issues, monitoring service quality, and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
- Implement promotions, pricing, and visual merchandising directives to maximize sales impact and maintain brand presentation.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, staff performance, inventory, and store KPIs to the regional manager and participate in store meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace for all employees and customers.
- Qualifications and Skills – Operationally strong with people leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail management, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail store management or assistant management roles; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and develop talent locally in Dammam.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage for reporting and coordination.
- Comfortable using retail systems, POS terminals, inventory tools, and basic office software (Google Workspace or equivalents).
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail for managing budgets, cash control, and inventory accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for regional meetings or store-related errands within Dammam.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and occasional evenings as required.
