About This Role
Mission
- Ensure the performance of hydrotesting activities following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards
Tasks
- Perform hydrotesting activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements
- Follow daily instructions given by Foreman
- Ensure hydrotesting activities are carried out according to the applicable procedure
- Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman
- Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivities and avoid unsafe conditions
- Follow the permit-to-work statement
- Ensure the housekeeping of the work location
And Experience
- ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating pipeline pre-commissioning equipment offshore/onshore.
- Hands-on experience with operating and troubleshooting of:
- Ø Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500m³/hr with CAT C27 Acer engine or similar),
- Ø HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer or similar),
- Ø Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104C engine or similar),
- Ø Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7 or similar),
- Ø Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin-pot, 1600 scfm+).
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
- Physically fit for onshore site conditions.
- Good communication in English language and teamwork skills.
