About This Role
Overview
- The Hydraulic Supervisor will be responsible for supervising hydraulic teams, planning
- and executing hydraulic works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects in
- line with company standards and client requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate hydraulic maintenance, repair, and refurbishment
- activities.
- Lead projects involving:
o Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs)
- o Pumps, motors, valves & actuators
- o Cylinders, accumulators & hydraulic systems
- Oversee high-velocity flushing (NAS 6), oil filtration & contamination control.
- Supervise tube & hose fabrication, installation, crimping, pressure testing, and
- replacement.
- Manage pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, chemical cleaning & flushing
- activities.
- Ensure proper execution of rig reactivation and ship repair hydraulic works.
- Conduct job planning, manpower allocation, toolbox talks & daily progress
- monitoring.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, PTW systems, and offshore safety
- practices.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers at site and yard.
- Prepare job reports, test records, and handover documentation.
