Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Hydraulic Mechanic** to join our team in Mussafah.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems for **heavy earthmoving machinery and commercial trucks**.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- **Diagnosis & Inspection:** Inspecting and diagnosing complex issues with hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors.
- **Preventative Maintenance:** Performing routine maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal machinery performance.
- **Repairs:** Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components and hydraulic assemblies efficiently.
- **Technical Interpretation:** Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
- **System Testing:** Testing system performance and pressure levels after repairs to verify proper operation.
- **Documentation:** Maintaining accurate digital and physical records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections.
- **Safety Compliance:** Strict adherence to safety regulations and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with high-pressure systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic specifically working with **Earthmoving Equipment** (Excavators, Dozers, etc.) and **Heavy Trucks**.
- Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure hydraulic components.
- Ability to work in the industrial environment of ICAD, Mussafah.
- Ability to read technical manuals and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
Compensation & Benefits
- **Monthly Salary:** 5,000 AED (Lumpsum).
- **Insurance:** Provided at company cost.
- **Transportation:** Provided at company cost.
- **Annual Leave:** 30 days per year.
- **Air Ticket:** Annual return ticket to your home country provided by the company.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
