Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Assist with training, modeling, and performance feedback for direct care staff
- Collect, review, and analyze client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills using play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies
- Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and caregiver collaboration as appropriate
- Maintain ethical standards, professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors
Requirements:
- Ability to work both in-person and remote
- Ability to fulfill required in-person hours as part of this hybrid position
- Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical judgment skills
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance for in-person services (if applicable)
- Availability for afternoon and/or evening hours preferred
