- About the Position:
- Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a HVAC Technician Wynn Oasis to join the resort s Wynn Oasis Engineering team.
- The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain desired temperature and humidity levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
- Collaborate with other engineering staff to support housing infrastructure needs.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues effectively.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC systems preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
