Overview
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Perform fault finding and repairs on:
• Cassette Air Conditioning Units
- VRV/VRF Systems
- Package Units
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Have sound knowledge of chiller system operation and associated components.
- Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of new HVAC systems.
- Inspect HVAC systems and identify mechanical, electrical, and control-related faults.
- Repair and replace defective components such as compressors, motors, contactors, capacitors, thermostats, sensors, expansion valves, and control devices.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and HVAC layouts.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Respond to emergency breakdown calls and perform timely repairs.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance activities and system performance.
