HVAC Technician
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with all environmental and safety standards.
This role supports a variety of commercial buildings and large-scale mechanical systems, including complex HVAC infrastructure and cooling systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training preferred)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service or installation
- Strong experience with large commercial HVAC systems, including cooling towers
- Hands-on knowledge of pumps, motors, air handlers, refrigeration systems, and HVAC controls/automation systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Strong understanding of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Must be able to travel to multiple job sites and transport tools/equipment as needed
