Role overview
Hiring two AMC Technicians and one Retrofit & Controls Technician for commercial HVAC work in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience.
Candidates may apply for either AMC or retrofit work; expertise in both is not required.
General requirements
- At least two years of relevant HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance experience.
- Good English communication, clear service reporting, practical electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and ability to use diagnostic instruments and follow safety procedures.
- Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn are expected. Diploma and UAE driving licence are preferred; the licence is not mandatory.
- Chillers and chilled-water pump experience is an advantage.
AMC Technician duties
- Maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, VRF, split/package units, and chilled-water systems; diagnose cooling, leakage, airflow, electrical, noise, and vibration issues.
- Service system components, check operating readings, test for refrigerant leaks, conduct pressure testing, evacuation and charging, and identify parts needs.
- Submit maintenance checklists, photographs, and service reports through the mobile application.
Retrofit & Controls Technician duties
- Supervise installation, replacement, and modification of HVAC equipment; interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
- Install, wire, configure, test, and troubleshoot controllers, thermostats, sensors, actuators, EC fans, variable-speed drives, and 0–10V control signals.
- Modify controls for upgraded equipment, verify operating sequences, support BMS integration and commissioning, and complete handover records.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,500–6,000 per month.
- Benefits include company accommodation or an AED 800 accommodation allowance, health insurance, 30 days of paid annual leave, annual home-country return flight, and performance bonuses.
- A company vehicle, fuel, and parking are provided for the Retrofit Technician. Training and career development are offered.
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour break.
Workplace
- Work Location is in person; the work includes HVAC service and retrofit duties.
