About This Role
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, packaged systems, chillers, and VRF systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment and perform corrective repairs.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, and lubrication.
- Test system performance, measure airflow, and adjust controls to ensure efficiency.
- Handle refrigerants safely in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to support facility operations.
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, OSHA, and local safety standards.
& Experience
- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control panels.
- Familiarity with various refrigerants and environmental compliance standards.
- Experience with HVAC tools and instruments (manifold gauges, psychrometers, digital thermometers).
