About This Role

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, packaged systems, chillers, and VRF systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment and perform corrective repairs.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including filter replacement, coil cleaning, and lubrication.
  • Test system performance, measure airflow, and adjust controls to ensure efficiency.
  • Handle refrigerants safely in compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to support facility operations.
  • Document service activities, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, OSHA, and local safety standards.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control panels.
  • Familiarity with various refrigerants and environmental compliance standards.
  • Experience with HVAC tools and instruments (manifold gauges, psychrometers, digital thermometers).
