How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Installs, inspects, maintains , and repairs all heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and ice-making systems.
• Applies specialized knowledge of steam distribution, piping, valves, water reheat systems, and energy management systems.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies, manages power outage procedures, and strictly follows safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinates with personnel regarding work orders, ensures compliance with building and safety regulations, and keeps tools and vehicles in safe operating condition .
• Dedicates 20% of the role to participating in meetings, training workshops, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Must have one or more of the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of trade school .

• 2 years of related experience .
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
