HVAC Service Technician

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our CV Asset Services team, based out of Hendra.

This is a permanent, full-time maintenance role working across multiple key client accounts — including large commercial and critical infrastructure sites across Brisbane. You’ll be doing what good HVAC techs do best: keeping systems running, fault-finding, servicing and delivering quality maintenance work without chasing short-term jobs.

Delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial and critical facilities

Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems

Providing practical, customer-focused solutions to key clients

Working safely and efficiently in line with standards and site requirements

Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and your wider team

Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance

Hands-on refrigeration experience

Strong time management and organisational skills

Safety-focused with a good attitude and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Refrigerant Handling Licence

Restricted Electrical Licence

QBCC Licence

C-Class manual driver’s licence

Permanent, full-time role with ongoing, secure maintenance work
