Role Description

As an HVAC Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales by building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

include assessing customer needs, providing tailored HVAC solutions, preparing proposals, and conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the internal manufacturing and engineering teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC systems and related products, mainly expertise in Duct products (GI & PI) along with accessories is a MUST.
  • Proven 5 - 7 years of sales experience in Qatar market and/or GCC region, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts is a MUST.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry standards and regulations of Qatar's market is a MUST.
  • Ability to read drawings, create duct design, price estimation, and generate a quotation (training can be provided) is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, CAM DUCT, and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; relevant certifications in HVAC or sales are a plus.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to accurately address technical and operational challenges.
