HVAC Project & Maintenance Senior Engineer

Role summary

Project and maintenance work

• Handle new HVAC installations and maintenance.
• Estimate, design, and install VRF, ecology, fresh-air, package, ducted split, and window AC systems.
• Estimate and perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for the listed HVAC systems, including air handling units.
• Conduct site surveys and technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare material submittals and conduct material and work inspections.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and obtain client, consultant, and contractor approval.
• Perform other work assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• At least 5–8 years of HVAC experience in the UAE.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Candidates available in the UAE have a higher chance; immediate joining is requested.

Tools and systems

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
• Benefits include accommodation, paid leave, and a two-way travel ticket every two years.
