Role overview
Design, install, test, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems for commercial or industrial projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Design HVAC systems using project requirements and load calculations.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Select and size AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, VRF systems, and ductwork.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Inspect sites and check compliance with local codes and project standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
- Prepare progress reports, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals.
- Support on-time, on-budget project completion.
- Promote energy efficiency and maintain indoor air quality standards.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in HVAC design, installation, and project execution.
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Experience with chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, VRF/VRV systems, and HVAC controls.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 13,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
