What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and package units. Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting basic HVAC issues (airflow problems, filter restrictions, thermostat issues). Complete routine inspections and document system performance. Replace filters, belts, and other common wear components. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and HVAC regulations. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements for the Job:

  • Valid driver’s license. 0–2 years of HVAC experience (trade school or certification preferred). Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools. Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
