Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC works on site.
- Read drawings and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Follow up ductwork, AC units, insulation, and installations.
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality and solve site technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in HVAC / MEP.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Possession of a driving license is preferred.
