- Job Description: Air Conditioning Engineer – Project Engineer
- Responsibilities:
- 1- Managing and operating the maintenance and operation projects of the Shields in accordance with the requirements of the contract and the SLA.
- 2- Full supervision of the operation of the chillers and ensuring the continuity of cooling without interruptions.
- 3- Developing mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of the implementation of the scope of work.

- Develop tight plans and controls to implement the scope of work.
- 5.
- Preparing internal models that guarantee the accuracy of the implementation of the project's scope of work.
- 6.
- Ability to deal with daily and operational problems and solve them correctly
7. Project Management Leadership Ability
8- Analyzing the technical faults of the shillers and following up the technical crews.
9- Study and apply the points of action

Preparation and implementation of preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance plans.
11- Leading maintenance teams (technicians and supervisors), distributing tasks and following up on performance.
12- Request the necessary spare parts.
13.
Review and approve technical and operational reports before submitting them to the client.
14.
Prepare periodic reports (daily/monthly) on the status of operation and performance.
15.
Manage the operational schedule and set priorities between the works.
16.
Follow up on operational costs and adhere to the project budget.
17.
Managing the relationship with the client and attending periodic meetings.
18.
Deal with customer complaints and take corrective actions.
19- Submit proposals for improvement and continuous development of the project.
Qualification : Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
About the project: Maintenance and operation of 28 chiller with a technical team of 15 people (24 hours operation).
