Role responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and update HVAC layout drawings, schematics, and shop drawings for ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with electrical and architectural services to avoid on-site clashes.
- Interpret design specifications to develop detailed layouts, including HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, engineer feedback, and red-line markups.
- Ensure drawings meet local regulations and international standards such as SMACNA and ASHRAE, and maintain drawing logs.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
