Overview
We are a small but growing HVAC contracting company based in Riyadh, and we are looking for a driven
HVAC Contracting Sales Engineer
to join our team.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for leads to come in.
We need someone ambitious, practical, and self-motivated, someone who understands the contracting market in Saudi Arabia, especially Riyadh, and knows how to build relationships, follow up properly, close deals, and achieve targets.
The right person will be hardworking, disciplined, and comfortable working in a growing company where everyone is expected to take ownership and contribute.
Responsibilities
- As our HVAC Contracting Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities in the HVAC contracting market
- Building and maintaining relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, clients, and suppliers
- Identifying projects in Riyadh and across KSA where our services can be offered
- Preparing and submitting proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers
- Following up with clients from initial inquiry until closing
- Coordinating with the technical and operations teams to understand project requirements
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and scope with clients
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Keeping track of market activity, competitors, and upcoming projects
- Representing the company professionally in meetings, site visits, and client discussions
Requirements
- We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in HVAC sales, contracting, MEP, or a related engineering sales role
- Good understanding of the Riyadh contracting and construction market
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, project requirements, and basic technical drawings/specifications
- Ability to generate leads and close business independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A practical, hardworking attitude
- The ability to handle pressure and stay consistent
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred
- Engineering background is preferred, especially Mechanical Engineering
