Human Workflows & UX Designer
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and map end-to-end user journeys for energy and electrification workflows
- Simplify complex operational and financial data into intuitive dashboards and interfaces
- Create seamless experiences integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an agile environment
- Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX specifications
- 🔹 Requirements:
- ✔ 3–5+ years of UX/UI experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
- ✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification and dashboard design
- ✔ Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy user interfaces
- ✔ Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- ✔ Strong systems thinking and user-centered design approach
- ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✔ Experience within energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors is an advantage
