Role Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Saudi National to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist based in Riyadh.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities, employee relations, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, performance management support and maintaining employee records.
The role also includes assisting in policy implementation, ensuring legal compliance with KSA regulations and supporting overall HR and administrative functions.
• Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad and HR government platforms
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations
- Familiarity with HR policies, performance management and attendance systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/ERP platforms (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Experience in healthcare, engineering, construction or trading industries is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Knowledge of ISO standards and HR process documentation
- Previous experience in GCC companies or multi-branch environments will be considered an advantage
