Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh for a Human Resources Specialist.
The Human Resources Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits programs, and maintain compliance with applicable labor regulations.
Responsibilities
include handling personnel management tasks, supporting employee relations, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals.
Collaboration with various departments and promoting a positive workplace culture will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition.
- Manage employees performance , and conflict resolution
- Familiar with Saudi labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Must have two years of experience with ( Jisir ) HR system
- Manage all government websites like ( GOSI \ Qiwa \ HRDF \ HRSD \ Mudad \ Taqat \ Muqeem ) .
- Manage medical insurance policy for staff ( adding \ deleting \ renewal of policy ) on website .
- Prepare all related payroll transactions like ( EOSB \ vacations \ monthly payroll \ loans \ dedications )
- Must have + 2 two years of experience in similar position ( in retail section )
