Role overview
The employer seeks a human resources and administrative affairs specialist to manage employee affairs and daily administrative procedures.
The role supports efficient and orderly office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee files and update employee information.
- Prepare employment contracts, administrative letters, and internal forms.
- Track attendance, leave, absences, and related records.
- Use Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher Business platforms as needed.
- Coordinate recruitment by receiving CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Respond to employee administrative inquiries and organize electronic and paper records.
- Support management with office work, coordination, periodic reports, and administrative needs.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in human resources or administrative affairs.
- Good knowledge of HR procedures and labor systems.
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency; organizational, follow-up, and file management ability.
- Good communication and professional employee interaction.
- Confidential and accurate handling of employee data.
- Experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher Business is preferred.
