What You'll Do
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted knowledgeable HR resource for employees and managers to facilitate appropriate solutions based on SHRM or companywide policies/procedures.
- Assist managers with employee relations issues, performance concerns, coaching, and documentation.
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Onboarding & Outreach
- Coordinate and conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Ensure new employees complete all required employment documentation, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
- Represent MetalQuest at community recruiting events, career fairs, and local school tours to promote career opportunities and build talent pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent 2-4 years HR experience.
