The full-time Human Resources Specialist role is based on-site in Doha, Qatar.
The position supports end-to-end HR activities and works with internal teams and clients to maintain efficient HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, personnel records management, and payroll and benefits administration.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations matters.
- Address HR inquiries with internal teams and clients; support staffing and training and development initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reporting and communicate proactively.
Qualifications
- Strong HR and HR Management skills and experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies and local labor law compliance, including interpreting and applying regulations.
- Expertise in employee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Personnel management skills, including employee lifecycle management and record keeping.
- Communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and attention to detail are highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and prior Qatar or GCC HR experience are preferred.
- HR software and MS Office proficiency and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are advantages.
