Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer based in Riyadh.
The Human Resources Officer will oversee HR management activities, enforce compliance with company HR policies, address employee relations, and assist in the development of comprehensive job descriptions.
Daily tasks include supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records, and providing guidance on workplace policies and practices.
The role also involves fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- **Personnel & Contract Management:**
- Efficiently draft employment contracts and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- **Administrative Oversight:**
- Accurately monitor time and attendance, leaves, and payroll processing.
- **Reporting & Support:**
- Prepare periodic HR reports and documentation utilizing Microsoft Office high proficiency.
- **Internal Coordination:**
- Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment to ensure all administrative workflows run smoothly.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in human resources and administrative affairs.
- Solid knowledge and strong understanding of
Saudi Labor Law
