The HR Officer is responsible for executing and supporting key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and training.
Additionally, this role ensures strict compliance with company policies and labor regulations, driving efficient HR operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ,(and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) would be an advantage).
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, recruitment practices, employee relations, and compensation & benefits administration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Integrity: Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
