Role Description
The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding and orientation, and assisting in performance management activities.
The Human Resources Officer will help develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions in alignment with organizational goals and local regulations.
The role also involves handling employee relations matters, responding to HR-related inquiries, and supporting training and development initiatives to foster a positive and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Job Description Development, including the ability to draft, review, and implement HR frameworks and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including managing workplace concerns, promoting engagement, and supporting conflict resolution.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
