Human Resources Officer – InterContinental Riyadh

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other employment-related documents.
- Respond to employee enquiries and support employee relations and engagement activities.
- Coordinate training, trainee programs, and employee development activities.
- Ensure HR procedures comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and IHG standards.
