Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience in Dubai’s real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and MOHRE procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, leave management, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
- Able to work independently and manage daily HR operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Apply HR policies and support compliance with UAE labor laws and MOHRE procedures.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
