Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Human Resources Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring accurate HR documentation and compliance with local labor laws.
The role involves supporting HR policy implementation, handling employee queries, assisting with performance management processes, and promoting positive employee relations.
The HR Officer will help develop and update job descriptions, support recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and assist with offers and joining formalities.
The position also includes coordinating HR-related communications, supporting payroll and attendance processes in collaboration with finance, and contributing to HR reports and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and compliance.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies and procedures aligned with organizational and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong Employee Relations skills, with the ability to handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities professionally.
- Experience in Job Description Development, role mapping, and supporting recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices, preferably with prior experience in the UAE or Gulf region.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or HR management tools, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
