Gaelan Hospital is looking for a qualified and motivated
Hr Officer
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and employee records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding staffing and HR requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and hospital policies.
- Support employee relations and internal HR communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
