Human Resources Manager
to lead our HR function and support the growth of our organization π
In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and talent development.
You'll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR best practices π
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organization π₯
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies π
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
- Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and people analytics
- Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
What Weβre Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills π
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor legislation
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strategic mindset with a passion for employee engagement and organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership or management experience
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are highly desirable β
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
