About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused

Human Resources Manager

to lead our HR function and support the growth of our organization 😊

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and talent development.

You'll play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR best practices πŸš€

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organization πŸ‘₯
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and employee development programs
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies πŸ“‹
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee performance
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and people analytics
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership or management experience
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are highly desirable ⭐
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
