Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing HR operations that support a distributed, high-performing leadership and technology-focused organization.
Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting performance management processes aligned with organizational goals.
The role involves partnering with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention in a global, virtual environment.
The Human Resources Manager will also handle compliance with relevant employment regulations, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with a focus on conflict resolution, engagement, and communication.
- Candidates should possess experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback systems, and development planning.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and best practices in diverse and remote work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote, global teams and to support inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting technology or AI-focused organizations is beneficial.
