Position Summary
NASCO is seeking a Human Resources Manager in its headquarters in Riyadh to oversee the company's HR function and support the continued growth of the organization.
The role is responsible for managing key HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while working closely with management to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services across the organization
- Lead recruitment activities and support workforce planning requirements
- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Oversee performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies
- Maintain HR records, systems, and documentation
- Support organizational initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace effectiveness
- Partner with management on staffing, organizational, and people related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees and management across different functions
- CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or similar HR certification is preferred
