We are currently seeking a strategic and operationally-minded
HR Manager
to lead our people operations in Riyadh.
The Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be the backbone of our organizational culture and operational efficiency.
You will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring our people strategy aligns with our ambitious business goals.
You will act as a key advisor to senior management while fostering a high-performance, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Operational Leadership:**
- Manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations.
- **Strategy & Policy:**
- Develop, implement, and refine HR policies and procedures in line with modern best practices.
- **Proven Experience in Manpower Planning:**
- Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analyses, design succession plans, and manage large-scale workforce scaling (hiring/right-sizing) within a corporate or industrial environment.
- **Compliance:**
- Ensure 100% adherence to Saudi Labor Laws and local regulatory requirements.
- **Performance Management:**
- Lead performance appraisal systems and drive employee development programs.
- **Employee Relations:**
- Serve as a mediator and advocate, managing conflict resolution and fostering positive employee engagement.
- **Training:**
- Identify skill gaps and implement robust training and development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Proven track record in an HR leadership role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- **Regulatory Expertise:**
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI/MHRSD regulations.
- **Technical Skills:**
- High proficiency in HRIS software and digital transformation of HR processes.
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with
- full professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- **Certification:**
- HR certifications (CIPD, PHR, or SHRM-CP) are highly preferred.
