About This Role
Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abha, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, performance management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
- CIPD certification is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
