About the Opportunity:
Nesma is seeking a practical, experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise.
Based in Jeddah, you will work closely with brand and operations managers to support restaurant branches, manage day-to-day HR operations, and help build strong teams as expansion continues across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic HR Partnership:**
- Partner closely with restaurant branch managers and operational leaders to support their staffing and business needs.
- **Multi-Unit Workforce Management:**
- Manage HR operations across the full lifecycle for a large, diverse, and fast-moving workforce across multiple units.
- **Talent Acquisition & Pipeline:**
- Oversee large-scale recruitment campaigns for branch networks, maintaining a steady flow of top-tier operational and managerial candidates.
- **Deep KSA Compliance & Saudization:**
- Maintain compliance with KSA Labor Law and ensure optimal Nitaqat status.
- **Employee Relations & Retention:**
- Design proactive strategies to address key challenges in the restaurant industry.
Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with a background in multi-unit Food & Beverage (F&B) or Quick Service Restaurant operational environments.
- **KSA Compliance Expertise:**
- Expertise in Saudi Labor Law and local government compliance requirements.
- **Language Proficiency:**
- Fluency in professional English (both written and spoken) is required.
- **Communication Style:**
- Highly articulate, concise, and structured communicator capable of managing large-scale cross-functional alignment.
