About This Role
Overview
One of our clients in Jeddah is looking for Human Resources Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead the human resources department.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who can align HR initiatives with company goals while maintaining hands-on responsibility for employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of labor laws, and experience in building high-performing.
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures that align with long-term company goals.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
- Analyze HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and report to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Talent Management & Recruitment
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-quality talent for the organization.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and talent pipelines.
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Performance & Talent Development
- Manage and improve performance appraisal systems that encourage high performance.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and oversee employee development plans.
- Facilitate succession planning for key positions.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Manage, mitigate, and resolve conflict through investigations and disciplinary procedures.

& Operations
- Supervise payroll processing, benefits programs, and compensation planning to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records, policies, and procedures.
Experience
8–12 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s/MBA in HR is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Technology: Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and payroll software.
