Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Jeddah and the wider region.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, record-keeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ability to plan and deliver training, support organizational development initiatives, and manage change in a growing company.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous HR management experience in aviation or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Somali is beneficial.
