Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the site HR team while overseeing day-to-day HR operations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategy
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across the site
  • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leaders and support effective decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Support organizational change initiatives and leadership development efforts
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, and HR processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with atleast 3+ years of leadership responsibility
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated confidence handling complex employee relations and business matters
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus

  • The salary range for this position is $120,000–$140,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary may also be subject to geographic adjustment if authorization is granted to work outside of the posted location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is a plus
