What you’ll do
- Advise managers on HR processes, workplace policies, performance matters, and employee relations.
- Support sensitive cases through fact-finding, documentation, and follow-up.
- Review people processes and recommend improvements to consistency and clarity.
- Contribute to workforce planning, organizational change, or employee engagement initiatives where relevant.
- Maintain clear HR records and help ensure agreed actions are completed.
What they’re looking for
- Relevant experience in HR management, employee relations, or HR business partnering is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and clear communication with employees and managers are important.
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
