- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all human resources matters, including recruitment, employee development, performance management, and employee retention
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals and values
- Conduct recruitment activities, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employees skills and maximize their potential
- Manage performance evaluations, salary reviews, and employee surveys to continuously improve employee satisfaction and productivity
- Resolve conflicts and manage employee complaints in accordance with company policies and local labor laws
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and guidelines, working closely with the legal team and external consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the technology industry or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and personnel management
- Experience in recruitment, employee development, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in Arabic language is advantageous
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are advantageous
