Human Resources Manager

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support organizational goals and improve workforce effectiveness.
π― Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection processes, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
π± Employee Relations
Handle employee concerns, workplace issues, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain a positive working environment.
π Performance Management
Oversee performance reviews, goal-setting processes, career development plans, and employee improvement strategies.
π Learning & Development
Design and coordinate training programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee growth opportunities.
π° Compensation & Benefits
Support salary reviews, benefits administration, rewards programs, and compensation planning strategies.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, workplace regulations, and HR governance requirements.
π HR Analytics & Reporting
Analyze workforce data, employee trends, turnover rates, and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
